The project consists of three filings:The recorded Filing No. 1 has 289 single family lots with one multi-family lot. The multi-family lots will generate 250 units. Filing No. 2 consists of 350 lots and Filing No. 3 consists of 306 lots. Within Filing No. 1 there is a community center, which contains a pool and playground. A 10 acre elementary school site, dedicated to Douglas County School District, will be surrounded by trails and playfields.
