Schmidt

The Schmidt Property is located in the Town of Erie on the west side of downtown, and within the Boulder County portion of Erie. From this spot, future residents can easily access Erie’s historic downtown, the new retail developments south of downtown, the nearby schools, library, and recreation center, and major commute corridors. Schmidt is connected into Erie’s immense trail network through an existing, major regional trail on the eastern boundary. The property was annexed and zoned recently, and processing of the preliminary and final plats and engineering are underway.
