Homeplace

Homeplace is a 267-acre mixed-use property northeast of the Denver metro area. The project includes 1,500 residential units, retail, hotel and assisted living uses along with a school site, parks, and walking trails. Water and sewer service is provided by the Town of Keensburg. Entitlements are currently underway, and the first phase should be platted with construction plans by late 2026. Infrastructure work will begin immediately thereafter. Home construction should commence mid-2027, with first house sales early 2028.
