Dalton Horan graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2015 with a degree in Finance, while competing as a student-athlete on the football team.
He began is career in 2015 as a hotel development analyst at Tharaldson Hospitality in Las Vegas, NV where he gained valuable experience in real estate, financial projections, proformas, and construction budgeting.
In 2017, Dalton joined Ventana Capital, where he has developed expertise in land development and real estate investment. Currently, he oversees Ventana’s self-storage portfolio, managing over 1.2 million square feet of rentable storage space. He also manages over 1500+ residential lots and 50+acres of commercial development. His responsibilities include entitlements for land projects, acquisition strategies, design, site analysis and securing financing.
Dalton is an active member of the Special District Association and has been involved with the Urban Land Institute for several years.
Dalton is a Colorado native and enjoys hobbies such as football, basketball, snowboarding, pickleball and fly fishing.
